- Please limit your guests to a maximum of 2. Discuss your guest(s) with me prior to the appointment so I may be prepared.
- We kindly ask that visitors remain seated and keep indoor volumes low during services.
- This is a professional, at-home business, so no roughhousing, bullying, harassment, or violence of any kind will be tolerated. Any such behavior will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of your deposit.
- You and your guests are 100% responsible for any damages caused, and law enforcement may be involved if necessary.

- Only service animals are permitted in the studio. Thank you for your understanding.
11. Smoking/Vaping:
- Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited on the premises.
12. Surveillance Notice:
- For your safety and security, 24/7 surveillance is in place throughout the studio.
13. Work Guarantees:
- If there is any breakage, chipping, or cracking within 7 days of application, I will fix the issue free of charge, depending on the circumstances.
- I will not touch or correct work done by other technicians. Soaking off or filling another technician's work is not allowed due to liability concerns.
14. Service Change:
- If you arrive and request a different application that requires a complete soak-off, you will be charged the full soak-off rate in addition to the new service fee (e.g., switching from acrylics to a structured manicure, or from acrylics to gel manicure only).
15. Photography & Social Media:
- We occasionally take photos or videos of our work for promotional or social media purposes. By agreeing to your service, you consent to the potential use of your image unless otherwise requested.
16. Payment Methods:
- We prefer cash, but we also accept credit/debit cards with a 9% processing fee to cover fees and taxes associated with card payments.
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Tips are greatly appreciated but never required. You may choose to leave a tip in cash or via mobile payment methods.

Service Area:
Travel services are available within a 60-mile radius of ZIP code 18702. If the distance exceeds 60 miles, please contact me for a custom quote.
Travel Fee & Deposit:
A flat travel fee of $60 applies to all appointments within the 60-mile radius. This fee covers more than just mileage — it reflects the time and effort involved in providing a professional mobile service, including but not limited to:
- Packing, loading, and unloading of tools, supplies, and equipment
- Transport of professional-grade products and mobile setup materials
- Setup and breakdown of the service space at your location
- Cleaning, disinfecting, and organizing kits before and after your appointment
- Toll roads, parking fees, route planning, and fuel
- General wear and tear on transport and mobile equipment
